You can configure alert  to notify users in a specified interval if the task is pending. User gets alert e-mail after every specified intervals.

To configure Alert, perform the following steps:

  1. Log in to the Application.

  2. Select Admin from the Workspace dropdown.

  3. Navigate to Notifications > General > Alert.

  4. Select Department and Module in the Filters pop-up and click Submit.

  5. Select Add New in the actions panel to create a new alert.

  6. Enter the required details.

Field Description

The following table describes the fields on the Alert Configuration page:

Description

Module

Select the Module for Alert is to be configured.

Note

If you have selected Module on the Filters, then that value is displayed. Change the Module using the provided dropdown.

Alert Type

Select Alert Type for the module from the drop-down the list.

Alert Interval (in days)

Specify the Alert-Interval in days to send alert e-mails to users for the pending task.

Active

If selected, Alert configuration for the module becomes active and is displayed on the list page.

ACTIONS

This section explains all the icons displayed on the right action panel of the Alerts page.

SHOW LIST

Click Show List to display the List table showing all the configured Alerts.

Filters

Click the Filters icon to specify a particular filter criteria to display the Alerts. On clicking the Filters icon, the FILTERS pop-up page is displayed. You can select the Tenant to search for configured Alerts. Click Submit.
