The Change Record Schedule report offers a centralized calendar view of all planned, approved, and completed changes. It helps users monitor schedules, track timelines, and coordinate across IT and business teams. With configurable datasets, flexible filters ,and multiple views (Day, Week, Month, Agenda), the report streamlines change planning, reduces conflicts, minimizes disruptions, and improves implementation success.
It supports configurable URL templates, making entries clickable. Selecting an entry opens the configured URL in a new tab and navigates directly to the related record details page. The URL template dynamically replaces configured parameters using values from the selected dataset column.
Example behavior:
<base_url>?ID=<dynamic_value>Where:
ID is the query parameter
<dynamic_value> is automatically replaced with the corresponding record value
