The Assets by Store Details Report provides a granular, asset-wise listing of individual asset records within each store. It displays which exact assets are in the store.

Usage

  • View complete, asset-wise inventory of a specific store

  • Trace asset movement, ownership, and exact location

Example

During a quarterly audit, the IT team needs to verify the exact assets available in Bangalore Store. Instead of just knowing the total count, it generates the Asset by Store Details Report to view each asset’s ID, name, category, and status, enabling accurate physical verification and discrepancy identification.

Steps:

To view the Assets by Store Details Report, perform the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Reports > Asset Management. The Dashboards page is displayed.

  2. Click Asset Master and Warranty Dashboard. The Asset by Store Details Report gets displayed on the Asset Master and Warranty Dashboard.

    It displays 50 entries per page and you can search the required asset using the Search text box.

    The following table describes the column displayed on the Asset by Store Details Report.

    Column Name

    Description

    Asset ID

    Displays the Asset ID of the asset.

    Asset Code

    Displays the Asset Code of the asset.

    Asset Category

    Displays the Asset Category of the asset.

    Store

    Displays the store details of the asset.

    Location

    Displays the location of the asset.

    Machine Host Name

    Displays the machine host name.

    Machine Serial Name

    Displays the machine serial number.

    Asset Status

    Displays the status of the asset.

    You can perform the following actions on the Report using the icon.

    Action

    Force refresh

    Ensures that the most up-to-date values are displayed.

    Enter fullscreen

    Displays the Report in full screen for better visibility and presentation.

    View query

    To view the actual query which is used to run the report.

    View as table

    Switches the visual view to a data grid or tabular view.

    Search the Data using Search text box on the top.

    Edit the chart using Edit Chart option.

    Share the report by email or copy the permalink to clipboard.

    Download the report as an image or export to .CSV or Excel.

Filters

Use the filters such as Tenant, Location or Data Range to the display the filtered data on the Report as per your requirement.
