The Warranty Summary Report displays a consolidated summary of fixed assets by warranty status such as Not Defined, Expired, 7 to 30 days and so on, with distinct color coding for each category. It enables quick visual identification of coverage levels across the asset inventory.

Example
Before the start of a new financial quarter, the IT team reviews the Warranty Summary Report to identify assets with warranties expiring in the next 7 to 30 days. They find several laptops and printers in this category and initiate renewal or replacement planning in advance to prevent coverage gaps, repair costs, and operational downtime.
Timely action ensures continuous support and avoids unexpected expenses.
Steps:
To view the Warranty Summary Report, perform the following steps:
Navigate to Reports > Asset Management. The Dashboards page is displayed.

You can perform the following actions on the Report.
Icons
Action
Force refresh
Ensures that the most up-to-date values are displayed.
Enter fullscreen
Displays the Report in full screen for better visibility and presentation.
View query
To view the actual query which is used to run the report.
View as table
Switches the visual view to a data grid or tabular view.
Search the Data using Search text box on the top.
Edit the chart using Edit Chart option.

Share the report by email or copy the permalink to clipboard.

Download the report as an image or export to .CSV or Excel.

Use the filters such as Tenant, Location or Data Range to the display the filtered data on the Report as per your requirement.
