The Asset Dashboard introduces a centralized view of all asset categories—Fixed Assets, Consumables, Accessories, Software, and Contracts—within a single interface. It enables organizations to monitor asset inventory, lifecycle status, and key metrics in real time, improving visibility, control, and decision-making across the asset ecosystem while ensuring role-based access to sensitive information.
Note
Asset Summary Dashboard appears only if the user has access to Asset Inventory.
Why does it matter?
Provides instant clarity on asset availability, utilization, and lifecycle status, enabling faster and more informed decisions. By consolidating critical insights into a single, role-secured view, it reduces operational overhead, prevents inefficiencies, and supports proactive asset management across the organization.

Fixed Assets
The Fixed Assets tile displays an at-a-glance count of In-Store (IS), Allocated (AL), In-Repair (IR), and Inactive (IA) fixed assets, along with the total count at the top.

Warranty Expired | Displays the top five asset categories whose warranties have expired. This field provides a quick overview of assets that are no longer under warranty, helping teams prioritize renewals, maintenance planning, and risk mitigation.

Expiring in 10 Days | Displays the top five asset categories with warranties due to expire within the next 10 days. This field provides early visibility into upcoming expirations, enabling timely renewal actions, maintenance planning, and risk prevention.

Expiring in 30 Days | Displays the top five asset categories with warranties due to expire within the next 30 days. This field provides early visibility into upcoming expirations, enabling timely renewal actions, maintenance planning, and risk prevention.

Low Stock | Displays the top five category–location combinations with the highest variance between Minimum Stock and Current Stock, ordered by variance count. This highlights areas with the most significant stock shortages to support timely replenishment and inventory control. In case of equal variance values, records are sorted alphabetically by category name.

Device Variance | Displays the top five asset categories with the highest hardware device variance, based on the configured category display order. The tab count reflects hardware variance only and excludes any software-related variance. In cases where variance values are equal, categories are sorted alphabetically by category name.

Contacted > 30 Days | Displays asset categories with assets that have not communicated for more than 30 days due to unavailability.

Pending User Actions | Displays asset categories with counts that require action, helping teams quickly identify priority areas and take timely corrective measures. It can be any pending action on Accept, Reject or Return of the Asset.

The top five categories are displayed based on the configuration done for
If a configured category has zero count, it is automatically skipped and replaced by the next category with a non-zero count.
Each category tile is interactive clicking a count redirects users to the corresponding List page with predefined filters applied, enabling quick access to detailed records.
Consumables
The Consumables tile displays an at-a-glance count of In-Store (IS), Allocated (AL), and Inactive (IA) consumables, along with the total count at the top.

Note
Categories are displayed according to the top five display orders defined in the Asset Form Builder for the Dashboard Display Order field while configuring the category.
