Automation Performance report offers comprehensive insights into automation performance, including completion rates, total skills and request volumes. By analyzing these metrics, users can assess automation success, adoption rates and overall capabilities.

To view Automation Performance, perform the following steps:

  1. Navigate to SA > Reports > Automation Performance.

  2. View the performance of automation for each workflow.
    For more information on columns, refer to the Field Description.

    Description

    Workflow Name

    Displays the name of the Workflow considered for the performance analysis.

    Module

    Displays the Module name which is the trigger point for the Workflow.
    Example: Incident Management, Service Request, Work Order etc.

    Ticket Count

    Represents the number of Incident/SR/WO attached to the Workflow.

    Total Skills

    Represents the total number of skills executed in the Workflow.

    Success Skills

    Represents the number of skills executed successfully with respect to total skills.

    Failure Skills

    Represents the number of skills that encountered failure with respect to total skills.

    Success %

    Represents the value of Success Skills/ Total Skills *100.

Actions

Following actions are performed on the Automation Performance page.

Action Name

Description

Filters

Opens filter options to refine automation performance data based on criteria such as workflow name, module, or execution results. Helps analyze performance for specific automations.

Export to Excel

Exports the currently displayed automation performance data (based on applied filters and visible records) to an Excel file for reporting or analysis.

Export All to Excel

Exports all available automation performance records to an Excel file, including records not currently visible due to pagination or filters.

Other actions on Automation Performance list page are as follows:

Period: Upon clicking Period bar, the Time and Date Period options are displayed. Select the required time period criteria and click Apply to get respective record details.
