Executions page provides a detailed view and management capabilities for workflow execution data. This page is divided into four key segments such as View, Export, Filters, and Period, each designed to enhance your ability to monitor and analyze execution records efficiently.
To view Execution, perform the following steps:
Navigate to SA > Reports > Execution.
Execution List page is displayed, where you can view list of executions with workflow name and other details identified with unique ticket IDs.

For execution List details, refer to the below table:Column Name
Description
Ticket ID
Unique identifier or reference ID associated with the execution. This typically links the workflow execution to a ticket, record, or triggering entity.
Workflow Name
Name of the workflow that was executed. Helps identify which automation or integration workflow was triggered.
Status
Overall execution status of the workflow. Common values include Success or Failure.
Start Date
Date and time when the workflow execution started.
End Date
Date and time when the workflow execution completed.
Skill Name
Name of the skill used during the workflow execution. A skill represents a specific automation or integration action.
Skill Version
Version of the skill that was executed. Helps track execution behavior across different skill releases.
Skill Status
Execution status of the individual skill within the workflow (Example: Success or Failure).
Skill Start Date
Date and time when the skill execution started.
Skill End Date
Date and time when the skill execution ended.
Skill Output
Output or response generated by the skill execution. This may include messages, results, or returned values from the integrated system.
Category
Category under which the workflow or execution is classified. Used for grouping or organizing executions.
Module
Application module associated with the workflow execution (for example, Incident Management, Change Management, Scheduler).
Tenant
Tenant or environment in which the execution was performed. Useful in multi‑tenant or multi‑environment setups.
Action
Action type performed by the workflow execution, such as Creation, Update, or Scheduler‑driven execution.
Note
Click the Export icon at the top right corner of the list page.
Export to Excel: Export records available on the selected page to an Excel file.
Export All to Excel: Export all records available to an Excel file.
Under the Export All option, a maximum of 1 lakh records can be exported.
Actions
The right action panel contain Filters and Export selection.
Click Filters on the right action panel to load the filters data.

Figure: FiltersUpon clicking Filters, the available options are displayed. Select filter criteria and click Apply to get respective record details.
A sample filter criteria is shown below.
Figure: FiltersFilter conditions can also be saved and updated using the Save/Update Filters option. The above sample filter condition can be saved as shown below.
After entering the desired filter name, click on the save icon
.If you wish to update or modify the saved filters, you can do so. From the above example, let's say we want to include the status in the saved filter. Here's how you can achieve that. Add the conditions and click save. The updated conditions will be saved successfully.
Other Actions on the right action panel that include are as follows:
Action Name | Description |

Filters | Opens filter options to refine the execution records displayed in the list based on criteria such as workflow name, status (Success/Failure), date range, skill name, or version. |
Export to Excel | Exports the currently displayed execution records (based on applied filters and visible columns) to an Excel file for analysis or reporting. |
Export All to Excel | Exports all execution records to an Excel file, including records not currently visible due to pagination or filters. |
Click the time Period bar at the top right toolbar.
Upon clicking Period bar, the Time and Date Period options are displayed. Select the required time period criteria and click Apply to get respective record details.
Note
By default, data from the last day will be displayed when the Period option is selected.
