The Compliance Message Configuration feature enables administrators to create and manage compliance messages that are displayed to users within the application.
Messages can be targeted by department and page and can be shown in either expanded or collapsed mode. it ensure compliance-related messaging is consistently displayed to users.
To configure Compliance Message, perform the following steps:
Navigate to Infosec and Compliance > General > Compliance Awareness. The Compliance Message Configuration page is displayed.
On the Compliance Message Configuration page, click Add New on the right action panel. The Compliance Message Configuration Details page is displayed.

Following fields are displayed on the Compliance Message Configuration Details page:
Field | Description |
Name | Specify a unique name that helps administrators identify and manage the compliance message configuration. |
Publish To | |
Department | Selects the department whose users see this compliance message. |
Page | Specifies the application page where the message should be displayed. For Example - if you select the page as New Incident, then the configured message will be displayed on the top of New Incident page.

Message Mode | Select the mode of the message. Following two types are displayed:

Active | Select this check box to make the configuration active. |
Show List
Click Show List to display the list of all the configured compliance messages.

This Filters icon is used to specify the filter criteria to display a list of compliance messages. On clicking the Filters icon, the Filters pop-up page is displayed. Specify the filter criteria using Name, Compliance Type or Compliance Title. and click Submit.
