Configure Evaluator

The Incident Evaluator (often simply called Evaluator in configuration screens) is a role and configuration setting within the Incident Management module that enables specific analysts to evaluate incidents and perform evaluation-related actions on them. It helps structure how incidents are reviewed and optionally assign work or tasks during the evaluation phase of incident handling.

To configure Evaluator, perform the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Incident > Configuration > Others > Evaluator Configuration.

  2. Select Tenant.

  3. Search for the Evaluator and select the user.

  4. Click SUBMIT to add a new Evaluator.

Evaluator

Type in the name of the Analyst. You can also search for the Analyst in the search box.

EMP ID

Displays Employee ID of the Evaluator.

Name

Displays the name of the Evaluator.

E-mail ID

Displays e-mail ID of the Evaluator.

NT Login Name

Displays the Login Name of the Evaluator.

Click the Delete icon, associated with the Evaluator to remove from the added list.

Note:

The Analyst can be added as an Evaluator only if he is associated with the selected Tenant.
