Configure Service Catalog Approver

To Configure Service Catalog Approver, perform the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Catalog > Configuration > Service Catalog Approver.

  2. Select Tenant.

  3. Click ADD NEW on the ACTIONS panel to configure a new Service Catalog Approver.

  4. Enter details in the required fields.
    For more information, refer to Field Description.

  5. Click SUBMIT. A new Approver is configured.

Workgroup

Select the workgroup from the dropdown field.

Approver

Search for the user to add as an Approver for the selected Workgroup.

Active

By default, Service Catalog Approver will be Active, to change the Service Catalog Approver as Inactive uncheck the Active option.

ACTIONS

This section explains all the icons on the ACTIONS panel of the APPROVER page.

SHOW LIST

Click SHOW LIST to display the LIST table showing all the Approvers configured for the selected Tenant.

  •  To edit details of an Approver, click the name of the Workgroup. Make appropriate changes and click SUBMIT.

  •  To display the inactive Approvers, click the Include Inactive check box.
