My Profile ‐ Change Password and Settings

On the My Profile page, you can change your password, configure the request time‐out, and refresh interval settings.

To access My Profile page, perform the following steps:

  1. Log into the Mobile App and tap the My Profile icon at the top‐right corner.

To change password, perform the following steps:

  1. On the Login screen > Tap the My Profile icon at the top‐right corner > Tap CHANGE PASSWORD.

  2. On the Change Password screen, specify the old password, and specify and confirm the new password that you want to change. Tap Submit.

    Note

    The Change Password option is enabled only for Form login. The NT login user name should be null in the database.

To change settings, perform the following steps:

  1. On the Login screen > Tap the My Profile icon at the top‐right corner > Tap Settings.

  2. Specify the Time Out (sec) for the communication (between application and the server). You can also specify the Refresh Intervals for the Reports.

Forgot Password?

If you have forgotten your Mobile App password, you can specify the e‐mail id to which the password can be mailed to you.

To receive forgotten password, perform the following steps:

  1. On the Login screen, tap Forgot Password?

  2. Provide the e‐mail id registered with the application, and then tap Submit. An e‐ mail is sent to the registered e‐mail id along with the password.

Viewing Push Notifications

When a user raises an Incident or Service Request using the Mobile App and if the Incident or Service Request is updated by an Analyst, a push notification is triggered to the user about the status of the Incident or Service Request.

Reports

You can view the various reports configured by the Administrator and based on the access provided to you. Please contact your Administrator for more details about the reports.

To view reports, perform the following steps:

  1. On the Home screen, tap the Reports icon.

  2. Select the instance.

  3. Select the report that you want to view. You can filter the records, refresh data, and maximize the view.
