Provide Service Request Feedback

You can provide feedback to the resolved SRs.

To provide feedback for SRs, perform the following steps:

  1. On the Home screen, tap the Service Request Feedback icon.

  2. Tap the Service Request on which you want to provide feedback.

  3. Provide your feedback for the selected Service Request, and then tap Submit.

Notes

  • To display the questions above, the Administrator needs to configure the feedback question on the Feedback Configuration page of the web application.

  • Users can view the provided feedback and comments under the Feedback section (Mobile App > Go to My Service Request > Select Resolved/Closed SR > On the details page, select Feedback).
