Skill List page provides a comprehensive view of all configured skills within the system. It allows users to easily manage, filter, and analyze skills based on various attributes. The top panel provides a quick summary of the number of skills available in each language, and the main table offers detailed information on each skill.

To view Skill List, perform the following steps:

  1. Navigate to SA > Skills > Skill List.

  2. Skills list page is displayed with all the configured skill records.
    For more information, refer to the Field Description.

  3. Click Add New on the right action panel to add a new skill.
    To configure, refer New Skill.

Field Description

This table contains the list of fields and their descriptions available on Skills List page:

Field

Description

Skill Name

Displays the configured skill name.

Status

Displays the status of the skill, Draft or Published.

Category

Displays the category details of the configured skill.

Version

Displays the version number of the skill.

Example: V1, V2, V3 etc.

Skill Language

Displays the language in which the skill is configured.

Created By

Displays the user name who created the skill.

Created Date

Displays the date and time of skill creation.

Last Updated By

Displays the user name who last updated the skill.

Last Updated Date

Displays the date and time of the last update of skill.

Top panel

Top Panel provides a quick summary of the number of skills available in each language. Upon clicking each language box, the respective records are displayed on the list page.

Description

Filters

Allows administrators to refine the skills list using criteria such as status, category, language, or creator, helping quickly locate specific skills.

Configure Columns

Enables administrators to customize the list view by showing or hiding columns relevant to their needs, improving readability and focus.

Add New

Opens the skill creation workflow, allowing administrators to define and create a new skill from scratch.

Export to Excel

Exports the currently displayed list of skills to an Excel file, making it easy to review or analyze filtered data offline.

Export All to Excel

Exports the complete list of skills, ignoring active filters, providing a full dataset for reporting or audit purposes.

Export to JSON

Exports the selected or visible skills in JSON format, supporting portability, backup, and integration use cases.

Export All to JSON

Exports all skills in JSON format, allowing administrators to move or replicate skill definitions across environments.

Import from JSON

Allows administrators to import skill definitions from a JSON file, enabling reuse of previously exported skills or bulk creation.
Check the color indicators. Green - File ready to be imported. Red - File not suitable for import.

Note

Validate option considers the following two options:

  1. Valid JSON file

  2. Skill must be in published state and not in the draft state.
