    Custom Category

    Organizational classification or grouping for the software.

    Status (Managed or Unmanaged)

    Indicates whether the software is actively managed or not.

    Don't Track

    Indicates if the organization has opted not to monitor this software.

    Discovered Metric

    The measurement unit found during inventory (e.g., installations, users, devices).

    Country of Use

    The country where the asset and software are in use.

    Environment

    The operational setting of the asset (e.g., Production, Test, Development).

    Responsible

Select the organizational category used to group the software (e.g., Productivity, Security, Database).

Status

Choose the lifecycle status of the software installation (e.g., Active, Removed, Pending).

Discovered Metric

Select the discovered license metric type (e.g., Per Device or Per User) from the available options.

Country of Use

Choose the country where the asset or software is being used.

Environment
