Simplified Text to Code Configuration

The Text to Code configuration has been streamlined to simplify AI-powered skill generation. The Provider and Model fields are removed from the Text to Code page and are now provided through the In-App API.

Administrators must configure following two fields under Admin > Infrastructure > General > Application Settings for Text to Code configuration to work.

Field	Description
Tenant ID	Specify the unique identifier of the Tenant for which the In-App API configuration applies.
InApp API URL	Specify the URL of the In-App API used to retrieve the configured Provider and Model details for Text to Code. It is a newly introduced field.

The new model is helpful because it centralizes AI provider and model management through the In-App API, instead of requiring administrators to configure them separately on the Text to Code page.

Legacy Text Code Content

Text to Code configuration is an essential part of service automation system, designed to enable and set up the Text to code feature. This feature leverages advanced automation to assist users in generating skills using AI on the skills page, enhancing efficiency and productivity.

To view and configure Text to Code, perform the following steps:

Navigate to SA > Configuration > Text to Code.
Provide the required details as shown above and click Submit.

Field Description

This table contains the list of fields and their descriptions available on the Text to Code page:

Field	Description
Enable Text to code	Enable this toggle button to activate Text to code.
Provider *	Choose a provider from the provider dropdown.
Model *	Choose a model from the model dropdown. Available models for the selected provider will be listed here.

Once Text to code is enabled, you can use it for automated skill generation through generative AI on the Skills page.
