You can view and update the list of Incidents logged for you and view and update the Incident details.
To view and update Incidents, perform the following steps:
On the Home screen, tap the My Incidents icon.

Select an Instance. The list of Incidents for the selected Instance is displayed. You can also filter the list of Incidents by specifying the Incident status using the Filters icon.

Tap the Incident that you want to view or update.
The Incident details are displayed.
You can provide additional information about the Incident or add related attachments, and then tap Submit. For Field Description, see Logging Incidents Field Description.
Notes
To download and view the attachments on Android device, browse to:
/mnt/sdcard/SummitMobileApp/download/
To download and view the attachments on iOS device, connect to the iTunes and by using file sharing browse to:
/var/mobile/Applications/uid/Documents/SummitMobileApp/download/
