Service Window is a predefined timeframe for a service to be available and meet specified targets. It represents the designated time frame within which the SLA (Service Level Agreement) is assessed.

Let's understand the steps involved in configuring a Service Window.

  1.  General - Create a new Service Window by providing a Name and Description. Choose the relevant Domain, Subdomain, and Department for the new window. Activate and set it as the default option as needed using the toggle switch.

  2.  Service Window - Establish a reliable and efficient Service Window by clearly defining the Time Zone, Holiday Calendar, and type of Service Window.

  3.  Publish - Publish the configured Service Window across multiple modules.
