The Delegation feature allows users to assign their tasks, approvals, or actions to another user for a specified period. Users working in switched sessions, can also access the Delegation option and configure delegate users directly from the application.
This ensures a consistent user experience across switched sessions and improves operational efficiency for privileged users managing tasks on behalf of other users. For more information, refer to Dashboard.
