Bulk Import has been enhanced to support Bulk insert and update operations for multi-choice fields. Users can now provide multiple values for a multi-choice field as comma-separated values in the import template. The required configurations for bulk insert and update are also available under the new Advanced tab.
This enhancement extends bulk import capabilities beyond single-choice fields, enabling users to efficiently add or update records containing multiple selected values.
To view Bulk insert and update from the list page, perform the following steps:
Navigate to Service Management > Incident Management > Manage Incidents. The Manage Incident List page is displayed.
Click Import icon and select Upload File. The Import Records pop up is displayed.
Advanced tab is added for Multi Choice control with following two options:
Include in Template - Select the check box to include the Multi Choice field in the bulk import template.
Allow for Excel based Update - Select the check box to include the Multi Choice field can be updated using an Excel-based bulk update.
