    The Notification Designer as an application provides the functionality to the Application Designer to design the notification templates and configure Bulletin for Email and WebApp mediums.

    Following are the actions that can be performed on the Application level in the Notification Designer to configure a Bulletin Template.

    ACME solutions experience VPN issues very frequently and they need a maintenance window to fix the issue on their web portal. To avoid less disruption to their co-workers, they need a message about the activity on their web page from one day before the activity so employees are well planned.

    Christie, the Application Designer clones a Bulletin Template on the Notification Designer and tailors it to the hour of requirement which can be used by Bulletins to draft messages and schedule an announcement on their web portal one day before the activity.

    Configure Notification Designer at Application level

    Notification Designer at the Application Can be configured in Two ways:

    Create Notification Template using New button on the list page of Notification Designer

    Configuring Notification Template at Application level using New on the list page, will create basic template without any bulletins.

    On the List Page, Type will display as Notification and it will not have Clone option.

    Following is the configuration screen for a basic Notification Template, without Bulletins when created using New option on the list page.

    Create Notification Template using Clone icon to enable Bulletins within the Notification Template

    Configuring Notification Template at Application level using Clone icon on the list page, will create a notification template that can be configured with Bulletins.

    On the List Page, Type will display as Bulletin and Clone icon is displayed to clone the Bulletin Template.

    By default, system provides one Bulletin Template, as displayed below:

    The Medium stepper is displayed with Email and WebApp when Cloned.

    Following is the configuration screen for a Notification Template, Cloned with the Bulletin Template on the list page.

    Manage Notification Designer Templates

    The configured Bulletin Templates are visible on the list page for the Application Designer to modify the configuration according to the requirement. For more information, refer to Manage Templates.
