Popover Fields in Conditions to trigger Actions

We are excited to introduce Popover Form Fields in Conditions, designed to enhance user experience by triggering specific actions upon reopening records such as Incident Management (IM), Service Requests (SR), and Change Requests (CR). With this new feature, when an end user reopens a record, a tailored email notification will be automatically sent to the end user, the assigned analyst, and the workgroup owner. The notification content will vary based on the reason for reopening, ensuring that all relevant parties are informed and can respond appropriately. This improvement aims to streamline communication and foster better collaboration among stakeholders, ultimately enhancing the overall efficiency of the workflow.
To trigger a notification, using this action, perform the following steps:
1. Under the Actions menu, click Add Notification

2. Enter a Name, select the Notification Medium as Email and select Incident Re-opened: To Requestor from the dropdown.

3. To see a preview of the notification, click on Click here as shown below.
