Updating Customer while Creating new user via mail-to-ticket

User Persona: Admin

This enhancement will allow admins to directly update or select the appropriate customer while creating the user from a mail-to-ticket.

For more information, refer to Configuring Notification Parser.

  • Better customer visibility: Admins and support agents can easily track tickets by customer without mismatches.

  • Reduced errors: Minimizes risk of misassigning users or losing track of customer-linked tickets.

  1. Navigate Request > User > New Service Request.

  2. Select the department.

Precondition

CR should be created with selection the Planned Start Time and Planned End Time.

Steps:

  1. Log in to the application – the Analyst Dashboard will be displayed.

  2. Navigate to Change Record tab and verify count of CR.

  3. Navigate to the tab and compare the overall count with the counts in the ‘Change Records’ tab for: SLA Breached (count), Breaching in next 12H (count), Breaching in next 24H (count), and Upcoming (count).

KM article not displaying on the Recommended Articles screen once after typing in the keyword to display the Recommended Article tile in the Search bar.

Prerequisites:

  • Open the Mobile App (v194(End User Persona))

  • Enter the configured Web Service URL and proceed.

  • Enter the username and password of an end user.

Steps

  1. Scroll down till recommended articles.

  2. Click See All button.

  3. On the Recommended Articles page, in the Search bar, type in the keyword to display the Recommended published Article tile > Verify.
