AM_Assets by Store Report | This report gives a comprehensive view of all the assets based on their asset categories in each store for a selected Tenant. |
AM_Inactive Asset Report | The Inactive Asset Report provides you the list of Assets that are deactivated in the application. The count of assets are listed along with the deactivation reasons such as CPU Problem, Damaged, End of Life, Lost, Mother Board Issue, and so on. |
AM_Warranty Report | The Warranty Report provides the detail of warranty periods of Assets under each selected Tenant. The Warranty Report considers the time period of assets starting from 7 days to more than 1 year including the expired and not defined assets. |
AM_Procured License Report | The Procured Licenses Report displays the count of procured licenses for a selected Tenant. |
AM_Software Inventory Report | The Software Inventory Report provides the list of Assets where a Software or a list of Software is installed. |
Discovered Asset Details Report | The Discovered Asset Details Report displays a tabular report of the Assets discovered based on the scan type, scan name, and other specified details. |

AM_User Action Report | The User Action Report provides a detailed view of the various end user actions with respect to the assets allocated to them. Admin or Analyst can access the report based on access privileges assigned through roles. |
AM_Reconciliation Asset Report | The Reconciliation Asset Report displays the status of the Category-wise reconciled Assets. This report consists of details like Total reconciled Assets, reconciled Assets that are pending with user, reconciled Assets that are not referred back by the Approver, reconciled Assets that are pending with Manager (Approver), total number of Assets that are accepted or rejected in the Reconciliation process, and the total number Assets for which reconciliation process is completed. |

AM_Hardware Normalization Summary & Details | The HARDWARE NORMALIZATION SUMMARY report provides normalized data on hardware used in the organization. This report enables to view the name of the OS, Manufacturer, major and minor version, Edition, Service Pack, and count of the asset. |
AM_Software Usage Report | You can view the total number of installed Software, the used and unused Software in this report. |
AM_Maker Checker Report | The Asset details that are updated by an Analyst (Maker) need to be validated and approved by an Administrator (Checker). The Maker-checker Dashboard Report gives a tabular display of the Category and Store-wise summary of Assets that are pending for Checker Approval. |
