NovaTech has multiple incidents assigned in their queue. They would like find out the remaining SLA for each incident as they do not want to violate any agreement. Since the task requires a lot of manual effort, they want a solution to automate the activity to reduce time involved. | To achieve this, Sam configures the scheduler to create a standard event where the scheduler automatically triggers and calculates the remaining SLA time calculation for the tasks. This reduces the time involved in manually updating the remaining SLA for each incident thereby reducing considerable time for the Analyst. |
