Let's explore the following use-case.
Use Case
User Persona: Application Designer
Solution
NovaTech has an expense reporting form used by employees within a company. When submitting an expense report, employees often need to attach receipts, invoices, and other related documents to support their claims. However, it is challenging both for the employees and reviewers to keep track of all the attachments, as they may be scattered across different sections or fields within a form. To resolve this, Sam implements the View Attachment widget within the expense report form. Now users can conveniently upload and access all the attachments related to their expense claims from a centralized location. This consolidated view empowers employees to ensure that they have included all the necessary documents before submitting their reports. This significantly reduces the risk of missing attachments or incomplete submissions.
