Asset Reconciliation Summary Report

The Asset Reconciliation Summary Report displays a summary of reconciliation statuses across fixed asset categories, specifically highlighting assets that are Pending User Action, Accepted, or Pending from Manager. This provides clear visibility into the approval workflow and helps track progress of reconciliation activities across the organization.

Usage

• Helps users quickly understand which assets require their action

• Enables managers to monitor pending approvals and avoid delays

• Supports timely closure of reconciliation cycles

Example

During the quarterly asset reconciliation, the IT team reviews laptops across departments:

• Several laptops appear as Pending User Action because employees have not yet confirmed possession

• A few records show Pending from Manager, awaiting approval from department heads for discrepancies

• Verified assets move to Accepted, indicating successful reconciliation

Using this summary, the asset team quickly follows up with pending users and managers, ensuring the reconciliation process is completed on time.

Steps:

To view the Asset Reconciliation Summary Report, perform the following steps:

1. Navigate to Reports > Asset Management. The Dashboards page is displayed.

2. Click Asset Reconciliation Dashboard. The Asset Reconciliation Summary Report gets displayed on the Asset Reconciliation Dashboard.

   Displays reconciliation status information on mouse hover over each bar, enabling quick identification of Pending User Action, Pending from Manager, or Accepted items without opening additional reports.

   You can perform the following actions on the Report.

   Icons	Action
   Force refresh	Ensures that the most up-to-date values are displayed.
   Enter fullscreen	Displays the Report in full screen for better visibility and presentation.
   View query	To view the actual query which is used to run the report.
   View as table	Switches the visual view to a data grid or tabular view. Search the Data using Search text box on the top. Edit the chart using Edit Chart option. Screenshot
   Share	Share the report by email or copy the permalink to clipboard. Screenshot
   Download	Download the report as an image or export to .CSV or Excel. Screenshot

Filters

Use the filters such as Tenant, Asset Category, Reconciliation Status or Location to the display the filtered data on the Report as per your requirement.
