You can configure Notifications for a specific Classification of CI. When it is configured, an e-mail is sent to the configured users for any change in the CI.
To configure a notification, perform the following steps:
Navigate to CMDB > Import > Configuration > Notification.
Select the required Department.
Click ADD NEW on the ACTIONS panel.
The NOTIFICATION page is displayed.

Field | Description |

Classification | Click to select the classification. |
Active | Select the check box to activate the configuration. |
Resource | Click to add the user to be notified. Alternately, you can type in the name and select the user from the available option in the drop-down.

Show List
Click Show List to display the List table showing all the configured notifications.
