You can configure new CI Relation Types to define new relationships between the CIs. You can also define the inverse relationship name in the new CI Relation.
To create a new CI Relation Type, perform the following steps:
Navigate to CMDB > Import > Configuration > CI Relation Type.
Select the Department.
Click Add New.
The CI Relation Type page is displayed.

Enter the details. For more information, refer to the Field Description.
Field Description
The following table describes the fields on the CI RELATION TYPE page:
Field | Description |

Relationship Name | Specify the name of the Relationship Type |
Inverse Relationship name | Specify the name of the Inverse Relationship |
Description | Specify the description of the CI Relationship. |
Active | Select the check box to activate the CI Relation Type. |

This section explains all the icons displayed on the Actions panel of the CI Relation Type page.
Show List
Click Show List to display the List table showing all the created CI Relation Types.
