You can provide feedback to the resolved Incidents.
To provide feedback for resolved Incidents, perform the following steps:
On the Home screen, tap Incident Feedback.

Provide your feedback for the selected Incident, and then tap Submit.

To display the questions above, the Administrator needs to configure the feedback question on the FEEDBACK CONFIGURATION page of the web application.
Users can view the provided feedback and comments under the Feedback section (Mobile App > Go to My Incidents > Select Resolved/Closed Incident > On the details page, select Feedback).
