Provide Incident Feedback

You can provide feedback to the resolved Incidents.

To provide feedback for resolved Incidents, perform the following steps:

  1. On the Home screen, tap Incident Feedback.

  2. Tap the Incident on which you want to provide feedback.

  3. Provide your feedback for the selected Incident, and then tap Submit.

Notes

  • To display the questions above, the Administrator needs to configure the feedback question on the FEEDBACK CONFIGURATION page of the web application.

  • Users can view the provided feedback and comments under the Feedback section (Mobile App > Go to My Incidents > Select Resolved/Closed Incident > On the details page, select Feedback).
