You can view and update the list of SRs raised for you, and view and update the SR details.
To view and update SRs, perform the following steps:
On the Home screen, tap My Service Requests icon.

Select an Instance. The list of SR(s) for the selected Instance is displayed. You can also filter the list of SRs by specifying the SR status using the Filters icon.

The SR details are displayed.Provide the required details about the SR, and then tap Submit.

The fields displayed above are based on the selected Service Catalog. The Administrators can configure the fields in the Service Catalog on the Form Builder page of the Web application.
All the fields are enabled for editing, if the selected SR is in Referred Back Status.
To download and view the attachments on Android device, browse to:
/mnt/sdcard/SummitMobileApp/download/
To download and view the attachments on iOS device, connect to the iTunes and by using file sharing browse to:
/var/mobile/Applications/uid/Documents/SummitMobileApp/download/
