You can configure RCA Types for the selected Tenant. The RCA type is the type of RCA under which a RCA can be defined.
Configure RCA Type
To configure RCA Type, perform the following steps:
Navigate to Problem > Configuration > RCA Type.
Select the required Department.

icon.Specify the name for the RCA in the RCA Name text box and specify a numeric value in the Sort Order text box. If you select the Active checkbox, the RCA Type becomes an available option on the other pages of the application.

Click Submit.
A new RCA Type is configured.
Actions
This section explains all the icons displayed on the right-side panel of the RCA Type page.
Show List
Click Show List or 
to display the LIST table showing all the RCA Type values configured for the selected Department.

RCA Type ID column in the LIST table displays the ID associated with every configuration.
To edit a RCA Type, select the RCA Type. Make appropriate changes and click Submit.
To display the inactive RCA Types, click the Include Inactive checkbox.
