The requestor’s manager was not auto-populated in the Service Catalog; instead, the requestor’s own name was displayed.

The requestor’s manager is now auto-populated correctly in the Service Catalog.

In the Approve Catalog List, when Records Per Page was set to All, the complete catalog list was displayed. However, sorting the records by Catalog Name reset the list to the default number of records instead of sorting the complete list.

When Records Per Page is set to All, sorting by Catalog Name now sorts the complete catalog list without resetting the number of displayed records.

Ticket emails were not received by all Workgroup members, assignees did not receive notifications, MIM popup selection was lost, secondary assignees were missing from broadcast templates, and Incident Manager notifications were sent to the Communication column updater.

The Notification issues are resolved, and notifications and selections now work as expected.

The Attachment Type setting reverted from Multiple to Single whenever a catalog was modified or moved to Maintenance. As a result, the attachment type had to be manually changed back to Multiple after each catalog update.
