The Mobile App is delivered as a Progressive Web App (PWA) with a single code base for Web, Android, and iOS, installable directly from the browser and accessible like a native mobile app.

It eliminates app store dependencies, enabling instant centralized updates and consistent functionality across all platforms.

Mobile App SSO Configuration

The mobile app is available for download only through the designated browser link. To configure single sign-on (SSO), you must set the required key in the Web.Config file. For more information, refer Prerequisites.

On the Incident list page, the Between operator Filter was not yielding the desired filter results.

The Between operator now displays the correct filtered results on the Incident list page.

The application level scripting was not getting correctly rendered and version number was also not getting displayed from the Configure Theme.

Even though the GDPR Consent form is disabled from the Web application, the Mobile App users were still receiving the GDPR consent form.

After GDPR consent is disabled, Mobile App users no longer receive the GDPR Consent form.
