Job History

Upon configuring and running a Parser, you can view the Status and more information related to the Parser in the Job History of that particular Parser.

To view the Job History of the Parser, perform the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the Notification Parser list page.

  2. Click ID hyperlink on the list.

    Note

    This is the Particular parser for which you will be viewing the Job History.

  3. Notification Parser configuration screen is displayed.

  4. Click Job History icon on the top panel of the configuration screen.

  5. Job History pop-up window is displayed.

  6. Select From Date, To Date from the calendar control and Status from the dropdown.

    For more information, refer to description in the following table:

    Field

    Description

    From Date

    Select From Date. The date should be limited to select it from past 60 days.

    To Date

    Select To Date. To Date should be greater than From Date and the date must be between 60 days and  current date.

    Status

    Select Status from the dropdown this is multichip selection control with the following options:

    • Success

    • Failed

    • Partial

    Click Apply to view to Job History.

    Click Clear to remove all the history data.

The Job History list contains defined columns. For more information, refer to the following description:

Column Name

Description

ID

This specify the Parse Job ID number.

Last Run

This indicates when the last parser was triggered

Duration

This indicates how much one parser job took time to parse "n" number of emails.

Status

Status can be any from the following:

  • Success: If all emails got converted to records then it will display as Success.

  • Failed: If all emails failed to convert to records then it will displayed as Failed.

  • Partial: If some emails got converted to records and some failed then it will display as Partial.

Mails Impacted

This hyperlink value indicate how many emails were impacted for this parse job. For more information, refer Mails Impacted.

Error Log

Provides the detail of the error as why the parse job got failed. For more information, refer Error Log.

Mails Impacted

Mails Impacted is column on the Job History list page with clickable hyperlink value that indicate the count of number of mails impacted with this parser job.

Click Mails Impacted hyperlink.

Job History > Mails Impacted pop-up window is displayed.

Field

Description

ID

Mention the ID of Email.

Parser Name

Indicate the Parser Name that Email was impacted to.

From Mail Id

Specifies the Email ID from whom the email was received.

CC Mails Id

Specifies the CC Ids.

Subject

Display the Subject of Email.

Error Log

Error Log provide more insights into the error details, this is represented using error sign which is clickable.

Click error sign to view the Error Log.

Select View Errors option from the following:

Latest

Select Latest to view the error log in the last 60 days.Figure: Latest Error Log

Field

Description

ID

Indicate error log unique number.

Logged Time

Indicate time as when the error was logged.

Description

Provide details about the error.

Past

Select Past, you will be enabled to select the date range within 60 days to view the past error logs.

Select Date range and click Apply.

Details about the error log is displayed.

Field

Description

ID

Indicate error log unique number.

Logged Time

Indicate time as when the error was logged.

Provide details about the error.
