Overview

Under Access Control Center, Super Admin can add general details of User, authenticate, map User to groups and view records at the Sub Domain level. 

Super Admin

A persona in the role of managing and maintaining an application, website, or digital platform. 

They are responsible for managing the platform's technical features, guaranteeing its functionality and security, and keeping an eye on user behavior to make sure it complies with rules and regulations.

Create a user profile that reflects the consumer you have chosen!

To create the User profile and manage user-specific access, let's adopt the simple five-stepper approach in Access Control Center section under Platform Studio as shown below:

1General DetailsUser details such as First Name, Last Name, Employee ID, Mobile Number, Date of Joining, Date of Exit from previous Employer, Location, Profile etc. are added under the General details section.
2AuthenticationRegistered Users are now authenticated with Logins and granted access to their accounts.
3RolesUsers are assigned with different Roles, Role templates and mapped based on Domain, Sub-Domain, Module, Application and Tenants with specific access to view and edit the screens.
