To help you easily understand 'who does what' and the roles and responsibilities of various users, we have added 'fictional characters and avatars' that represent a target user group or audience. It helps to understand and empathize with the needs, goals, motivations, attributes, and behaviors of different types of users.

Know Your Personas

Here's a description of a user persona it helps to understand and empathize with the needs, goals, motivations, and behaviors of different types of users. 





The following user personas are defined to function for Platform and Design Studio, refer to the following personas for their roles and responsibilities:

  • Super Admin: The Super Admin role has all the access privileges and is the main user responsible for configuring Domain, Sub-Domains, Departments and mapping Modules to Departments. However, role of Super Admin, extends beyond configuring Domains. Super Admin has control of over Domains and Departments. It enables creation of applications and roles. Additionally, Super Admin can design the user interface, administer configurations, and handles all aspect of the Apex Platform. 
  • Designer: The Designer role is primarily used to design the modules available in the Design Studio. To elaborate, the Designer role design various types of forms using rich library of controls, designs workflows to enforce business actions such as approval, notifications, etc, configures Business Rules to trigger automated actions, configures Notification designer that helps to send automated notifications using various channels.
