Asset Managers/Analysts

This chapter describes in detail the various actions that you can perform as an Asset Manager (or Analysts). The Role you have is assigned to you by the Administrator.

As an Asset Manager, you can perform all the tasks that an End User can perform using the Mobile App. Additionally, you can perform the following tasks as described in the next few sections:

• Add Assets

• Search Assets

• Asset Physical Verification

• View Physical Verification Requests

• Verify Scanned Assets that are not Verified and Setting Appropriate Statuses

• Approve Assets

• Manually Verifying Assets

• Add Assets (Using Pre‐defined Asset Templates)

• Allocate or Deallocate Assets
