Report Alert Configuration for Report Designers
Report Alert Configuration allows users with Report Designer role to independently configure alerts for assigned reports and dashboards. This feature enhances operational efficiency by enabling Report Designers to monitor report data and manage alerts within their assigned scope without requiring elevated Administrator privileges.

Prerequisites
Before configuring report alerts, ensure that:
The user has the required Report Designer role.
The user has access to the required reports or dashboards.
The necessary reporting permissions are configured for the user.

Tags for Reports
Reports and dashboards now support two new tags, Admin and Work Order, for easy identification, filtering, and segregation of module-specific reports.
Roles for Report Management
Users now have dedicated Report Designer and Report Viewer roles for Admin and Work Order reporting, providing role-based access to reports.
Admin Roles
Admin Report Designer: Create and manage reports using Admin tables.
Admin Report Viewer: View reports created using Admin tables .
Work Order Roles
Work Order Report Designer: Create and manage reports using Work Order tables.
Work Order Report Viewer: View reports created using Work Order tables.
Based on the assigned role and available tags, users can access the relevant reports and dashboards from the Reports section.
Note
The Work Order tag helps users identify and segregate reports specific to Work Orders. The title will not appear on the Module page for Work Orders.
