Revamp of Analyst Dashboard

User Persona: Analyst

This enhancement provides a unified view of SLA-driven performance by showing the count of records that have missed response or resolution SLAs. It enables users to view and manage their assigned records, track individual SLA performance, scores, and ranks.  

It enables access to issues assigned to them or their workgroup across all modules.  

It promotes accountability, improves team visibility, and ensures timely service delivery.

Revamp of Theme Details page

User Persona: Analyst / Admin

The Themes feature is enhanced to offer greater customization of the application’s look and feel. Users can configure themes using the company’s primary logo color or select from predefined color palettes for consistent branding.

Change Management In-app AI

User Persona: Analyst  

Suggestion for Change Risk and Change Type. Likelihood of change success in the Approval section on the change Action panel

Accessories by Store

Provides a count of accessories in various stores for each category of the accessory. For more information, refer Accessories by Store.

Consumables by Store

Consumables by Store shows the list of consumable items available in each store, making it easy to check stock and track usage. For more information, refer to Consumables by Store.

Procured License Report

Procured License Report shows the details of all software licenses purchased, including quantity and usage status. For more information, refer to Procured License Report.

Warranty Report

Warranty Report shows the warranty details of assets, including coverage period and expiry dates. For more information, refer to

Allocated Asset Report

Asset by Floor Report

The Assets by Floor Report provides a detailed graphical and tabular view of allocated assets on each floor, including asset types, counts, and detail. For more information, refer to

Asset by Store Report

The Assets by Store Report displays asset counts per store and is accessible to Admins or Analysts based on their role privileges. For more information, refer to Asset by Store Report

Inactive Asset Report

The Inactive Asset Report lists deactivated assets with their counts and reasons like CPU issues, damage, end of life, loss, and motherboard problems. For more information, refer to

Merged Releases

All the Elbrus SP3 HF11 Patches up to patch 6 are merged with Apex v2 - Phase 1.1 release.

Precondition

CR should be created with selection the Planned Start Time and Planned End Time.

Steps:

  1. Log in to the application – the Analyst Dashboard will be displayed.

  2. Navigate to Change Record tab and verify count of CR.

  3. Navigate to the tab and compare the overall count with the counts in the ‘Change Records’ tab for: SLA Breached (count), Breaching in next 12H (count), Breaching in next 24H (count), and Upcoming (count).

KM article not displaying on the Recommended Articles screen once after typing in the keyword to display the Recommended Article tile in the Search bar.

Prerequisites:

  • Open the Mobile App (v194(End User Persona))

  • Enter the configured Web Service URL and proceed.

  • Enter the username and password of an end user.

Steps

  1. Scroll down till recommended articles.

  2. Click See All button.

  3. On the Recommended Articles page, in the Search bar, type in the keyword to display the Recommended published Article tile > Verify.
